Culprit Surf Return and Refund Policies
Thanks for shopping at Culprit Surf. If you are not 100% satisfied with your Culprit product we are here to help.
Returns: 
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All Culprit Surf products are eligible for returns except sales items.
Refunds:
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the product was received damaged or defective in which case Culprit Surf will pay return shipping. Shipping costs are non­refundable in all other circumstances. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to initiate a Return:
Please contact us within 30 days of your Culprit Surf purchase using one of the methods below and make a request for a refund. Please describe as thoroughly as possible the reason for your return. If your Culprit Surf product is defective please let us know (a picture helps!). You will will receive a refund for your item once the item is received by Culprit Surf
