What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any defects or malfunctions in your new Culprit Surf product.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts for one year from date of purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer product.
What Will Culprit Surf Do?
Culprit Surf will replace any defective or malfunctioning product at no charge or exchange the product for a new one. You must pay for shipping charges.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Normal product wear and tear or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God. This includes scratched or cracked fins due to mishandling or exposure to rock or reefs. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
How Do You Get Service?
In order to be eligible for a replacement product under this warranty you must contact Culprit Surf, send us a picture of your Culprit Surf product and we will access if the damage to your product is covered under this warranty. If accepted you will then send your damaged product to us with a description of the damage and we will replace it.
